Breakfast & Recipes

Take pleasure in our gourmet breakfast served at 9:00 am outdoors or in our Dining Room. After we light the candles, we begin with a hot beverage of your choice, juice and fresh fruit. Then enjoy one of our many plentiful entrees. Most days we alternate between a savory entree or a sweet entree. Some examples of our breakfasts include French Toast Crème Brulee, Baked Eggs and Ham, Blueberries Bristol, Baked French Pear Pancake, Spinach Quiche or Vegetable Fritatta. All entrees are served with sausages, breakfast patties or ham. Additionally, our savory entrees include a freshly-baked buttermilk biscuit served with butter and jam or a hash brown patty. Some guests might say, this is truly a contender for the best breakfast in the Finger Lakes.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs communicated in advance of your stay such as gluten-free, lactose-free, diabetic and vegetarian, to name a few. Consequently there is a $5.00 per person, per day surcharge for some dietary restrictions that require us to create a breakfast just for you. If an earlier breakfast is needed, we are happy to provide our signature cranberry-orange juice cocktail, fresh fruit and your creamy, rich Greek yogurt, muffin, and oatmeal. Of course if you would like to opt out of breakfast, just let us know and we can reduce your room rate.

Fresh-brewed coffee, our own special blend, is served at 8:30 am. Enjoy the company of new-found friends and start your day energized.
